It is an unsupported GSO transfer synthetic rubber transfer tape with adhesive wound out and has a 42# silicone coated liner with red print stating remove to expose adhesive. It is extremely sticky on all surfaces for a permanent bond even at low temperatures as was designed for use on cold storage materials.
